Fresh Fruit Salad

FRESH FRUIT SALAD
WITH HONEY YOGURT DRESSING
SERVES 4 TO 6
INGREDIENTS
2 cups vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons good honey

1/2 orange, juiced
1 banana, sliced
1/2 pint fresh blueberries*
1 pint fresh strawberries, stemmed and cut in half*
1 bunch seedless green grapes, halved
1 cup cantaloupe melon, cut into bite size pieces
PROCEDURE
1. Combine the yogurt and honey in a bowl and set aside.
2. Combine the orange juice and banana slices in a separate bowl.
3. Add the berries and grapes and gently mix the fruit mixture together.
4. Spoon the fruit into serving bowls and top with the yogurt. .
* Using frozen berries is fine, just make sure to thaw the fruit for 30 minutes before adding to the bananas and orange juice. Other fruit can be added or substituted such as mango, grapefruit, apples, pears and honeydew melon.
